Registration Fees Notes
VAT is currently 22%
1. For PhD students: the participation is ONLY online. If you have selected PhD student, you are kindly requested to send a certificate of your PhD Student position as well as a letter of presentation to email@example.com.
2. For Online Participants: the online registration fee includes access to the platform on September 23rd and 24th according to the schedule of the final program entering the username and password that will be sent to you by the organising secretariat once the registration fee has been received and/or when the registration has been duly completed.
3. For Onsite Participants: this is a reservation. Seats are limited in compliance with the new regulations to contain the spread of COVID-19. The participation onsite will be confirmed by the organizing secretariat by email, according to availability. Please note that, if the event is fully booked, the registration Onsite will be automatically considered Online.
4. For Speakers: please note that “Payment instructions” is a mandatory field. In order to complete the registration, please select the Box “Bank Transfer” (this is only for technical reasons, for your registration no payment is required).
5. For Poster Presenters who are PhD students: you should register as PhD student. You are kindly requested to send a certificate of your PhD Student position as well as a letter of presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, inform us if you like to attend onsite.
For INSTITUTIONS: Please, specify if your institution does not have a VAT number or if it is VAT exempt (in this case please send us a VAT exemption certificate or an official declaration).
For INDIVIDUALS: ITALIAN participants must indicate their "Codice Fiscale".
Cancellation and refunds
• Registrations will be refunded, with a 25% cancellation fee, only if a written request is received by 06/09/2021. No refund will be processed after this date.
• Due to accounting reasons, any refund will be issued after the end of the Conference.
• Any request of cancellation shall be addressed by e-mail to NEXA (email@example.com).
• In case of changes in the registration details originally submitted, NEXA will be authorized to charge an extra processing service fee.
• Changes in the name of the Participant/Delegate are allowed and must be sent by e-mail to NEXA (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note that this year the conference will be both onsite and online. We have a dedicated platform called Streaming Play supplied by AH Productions. This platform is complete, dynamic and provides security standard.
By submitting the registration form I hereby grant the use of my likeness in a photograph or filmed material for non commercial purposes and only for purposes of dissemination, publication and distribution (websites and other corporate communication channels by GRETA - San Polo 2605, 30125 - the CREDIT Organizing Committee and the Conference Secretariat NEXA sas |San Marco 4571/C | 30124 Venezia |ITALY).
