Disseminating the knowledge of the new world of HMI, this is the goal of "The Industrial Software Revolution Begins Now!", the Wonderware Italia roadshow covering three Italian cities - Padua, Bologna and Milan - this past October.
After the success of Now2012, the multinational software company reaffirmed its partnership with Nexa for the organization of this new event.
Each leg of the roadshow was planned down to the last detail, starting from the selection of the location. The client's requests were clear: the venue had to be strictly business, conveniently located and easily accessible in order to ensure a good turnout.
We first identified a major hotel chain that had facilities meeting the client’s requirements in the three cities. We then initiated negotiations with the general management of each hotel to ensure the best treatment.
Each meeting, three hours of full immersion in the Wonderware technology, was attended by about 50 industry professionals, the result of a focused and spot-on callback service. After being technically briefed by the marketing office of the client, the Nexa team was called in to interact with about 1,500 managers, software engineers, programmers, and developers.
On behalf of Wonderware, Nexa also provided online registration for the events through a dedicated section of the company website, as well as the catering service, the selection of gadgets, logistics and the reception of guests.
And since good things (usually) come in threes, Nexa has already been awarded the organization of the next Wonderware Roadshow for the launch of InTouch 2014 scheduled for April next year.
