Once again, Aspen Institute Italia chose Venice as the location for the 32nd edition of the Aspen Seminars for Leaders. This prestigious institution welcomed its guests - the most authoritative representatives of the world of academia, politics, industry and culture - at the San Clemente Palace Hotel where six seminars on current strategic issues were held in parallel and strictly behind closed doors.
Our company, Nexa, was responsible for the management of all the logistics and coordination of services. In agreement with the General Secretariat of the Aspen Institute Italia, we at Nexa pooled our in-depth knowledge of the city and its resources, contributing to the choice of venue for the gala dinner – the Salone delle Colonne at Ca 'Giustiniani, the headquarters of Fondazione La Biennale – as well as the organization of the cultural visits included in the program - Punta delle Dogana, the new contemporary art center in Venice -, and the tours offered as part of the "spouse program". We also oversaw all hospitality services for the delegates with conference hostesses and our highly qualified staff, handled all the transfers and transport and coordinated the vendors involved in the event - technicians, set up teams, florists, caterers, translators and interpreters.
