Conference
For 3 consecutive years (2005-2006-2007), Venice hosted "Scanning the Trail into the future", the closed session specialist organized by the Italian Embassy in New Delhi and Fondazione di Venezia. The purpose of these meetings, which were attended by the highest representatives of the Indian and Italian media, as well as top rank politicians and corporate executives, was to overcome mutual prejudices and stereotypes and analyse the political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries.
Nexa took care of every aspect of the organization of the workshop, and was involved in the content, communication objectives and organizational programs through an intense exchange of ideas and information with the Italian Embassy in India, as well as with journalists, entrepreneurs, institutions and sponsors-
The venue for the event was the beautiful island of San Servolo, the site of an ancient monastery and the exceptional location where Nexa had provided all the technical equipment and the decor for the conference hall, the spaces for the secretariat facilities, and the catering area. The organization of the "turnkey" event also included a social program of excellence. Cultural tours and itineraries through the most famous locations, along with visits to the most hidden and off the beaten path Venice.
Finally, to crown the success of this initiative, a Gala Dinner on the occasion of the exhibition "Rome and the Barbarians" was held at Palazzo Grassi, one of the most beautiful buildings overlooking the Grand Canal.
