For its 32nd edition, Aspen Institute Italia once again chose Venice as the setting for the Aspen Seminars for Leaders. Within the secluded calm of the San Clemente Palace Hotel, six parallel, closed-door seminars brought together leading figures from academia, politics and industry to engage with today’s most pressing and strategic issues.
Alongside the working sessions, the shared programme unfolded across some of the city’s most emblematic venues: a gala dinner at the Salone delle Colonne at Ca’ Giustinian, headquarters of La Biennale di Venezia, and a private visit to Punta della Dogana.
Nexa oversaw the entire organisational direction, managing integrated logistics, discreet guest flows, technical partners and bespoke cultural itineraries for accompanying guests. A framework designed to ensure fluidity, security and confidentiality, enabling dialogue without ever intruding on content.
In Venice, context becomes part of the conversation—and organisation its quiet yet essential infrastructure.
Atmospheres, details, and visions that reflect our way of creating bespoke events.
