Team building in Venice: dragon boats and a gala at Palazzo Zen

Following eight months of planning led by Nexa Event & Travel Designers, the event unfolded as an immersive journey through Venice.

The welcome, set among historic architecture and lagoon views, gradually introduced guests to the city, building anticipation towards the opening evening.

The following day brought the Team Building challenge: three teams aboard Dragon Boats. To the rhythm of drums, they crossed the lagoon with St Mark’s Square as a striking backdrop.

Nexa shaped the Team Building experience as an exercise in coordination and leadership, transforming competition into genuine cohesion. At sunset, Palazzo Zen opened for a gala dinner in Venetian costume. An imperial table, pink peonies and golden candelabras defined a suspended, scenographic atmosphere.

A project where direction, rhythm and context aligned seamlessly, creating a compact and memorable experience.
