RCS Golf event

The annual event promoted by RCS MediaGroup, in collaboration with Mario Mele & Partners, brings together golf enthusiasts, international sponsors and leading partners across an expansive 140-hectare setting of greens, hospitality and wellness spaces—an occasion where sport, networking and representation naturally converge.

Nexa oversaw the operational coordination of the staff—around 30 professionals including hostesses, stewards and models—distributed across hotels, golf courses and evening venues. From the organisation of hospitality desks across five hotels to the central welcome desk, each flow was meticulously structured. On the course, player assistance required discretion and precision; within sponsor areas, support remained aligned with each brand’s identity.

The two gala evenings set the rhythm of the programme: the first by the pool, defined by a luminous and relaxed atmosphere; the second at Ca’ Corner della Regina, where awards and evening scenography shaped a more formal tone. A layered project where organisation and style worked in balance, sustaining the experience with continuity and measure.
