One Willkie European Retreat: Venice as a platform for global connections

On 11 October 2025, Venice hosted the One Willkie European Retreat, bringing together over 400 international guests for two days of exchange and discovery. Developed in collaboration with Lully Agence, the project reached its culmination at the Tese dell’Arsenale—one of the city’s most distinctive spaces, where industrial heritage is expressed through a contemporary and vibrant language.

Within this context, Nexa Event & Travel Designers led the full operational orchestration, managing guest arrivals, coordinating technical and creative partners, and ensuring constant on-site supervision from setup through to the final moment.

The result was a dynamic and balanced gala dinner, international in scope yet grounded in a distinctly Venetian character—an environment that encouraged dialogue and new connections.
