IDF Summit 2025 in Venice: A Global Dialogue on Climate and Resilience

On the occasion of the IDF Summit 2025, Nexa Event & Travel Designers led the organisation and coordination of a three-day international project, welcoming delegations and speakers from across the globe to Venice. The Summit transformed the city into a platform for dialogue on climate and resilience, unfolding across a series of emblematic venues.

The opening, held on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore within the spaces of Fondazione Giorgio Cini, set the tone with a sustainability-driven welcome. Sessions then continued at the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco, home to The Human Safety Net, bringing together voices from the insurance, institutional and academic spheres. The final day took place at Fondazione Querini Stampalia, focusing on research and risk communication.

A complex undertaking, shaped by the balance between international scope and the sensitivity of the Venetian context, where coordination and attention to place accompanied every stage of the Summit.
