Event photography in Venice: designing through the lens

In Venice, every event engages with a visual context rich in meaning, where architecture, light and reflections become an integral part of the narrative.

On the occasion of Marc and Stacy’s 25th wedding anniversary, Nexa Event & Travel Designers developed a project in which photography and direction evolved in continuity. A palazzo overlooking the water, spaces shaped by natural light, and sequences designed to accompany the movement of guests defined a precise rhythm.

From the arrival by water entrance to the garden, through the interiors of the piano nobile and into the evening transformation, each phase was interpreted through a calibrated gaze, alternating wide perspectives and intimate details.

The choice of photographers followed the same approach: a collaboration grounded in shared sensibilities, capable of conveying a coherent narrative.

In Venice, imagery becomes part of the design itself, contributing to shaping the experience.
