An art patron invited us to curate a private gathering for a group of curators, with the intention of shaping an immersive experience in which the choice of location would become an integral part of the narrative.
It is within this context that The Venice Venice Hotel revealed itself to us: not simply a new address, but a different way of interpreting the relationship between art, hospitality and the city.
Overlooking the Grand Canal, just moments from the Rialto Bridge, the hotel is the result of the restoration of Ca’ da Mosto, one of Venice’s oldest palazzi, dating back to the 13th century. Over time, it has welcomed travellers, artists and Grand Tour figures, within an area that for centuries represented the commercial and cultural heart of the Serenissima.
This layering made it a natural setting for a project connected to the Biennale: a dialogue between one of the most forward-looking expressions of contemporary art and a city that has always thrived on exchanges between worlds.
Together with The Venice Venice Hotel, we shaped an experience in which space, content and atmosphere evolved in continuity, resulting in a narrative that felt both coherent and shared.
It is in this direction that our work continues to move: bringing the concept of avant-garde back to the centre of Venice, as an expression of value and beauty.
Atmospheres, details, and visions that reflect our way of creating bespoke events.
