Towards recovery and partnership with citizens: the call for innovative and open governement


The PGC, the Public Governance Committee Ministerial Meeting, was first held in Venice in the autumn of 2010 on commission from Minister Renato Brunetta and the Ministry of Public Administration and Innovation. Ministers from all over the world gathered to discuss the crucial issues of the public sector in the context of a higher economic growth and a more efficient social development.
Nexa rose to the challenge of hosting this important event, meeting every requirement that a ministerial meeting involves. Nexa provided a wide range of conference services, from location scouting and consultancy, with the choice falling on the world-famous venue of Fondazione Giorgio Cini, to the selection and booking of the great hotels overlooking the St. Mark’s Basin - Hotel Bauer and Hotel Monaco&Grand Canal, and the organizing secretariat duties jointly with the OECD in Paris, the development of all administrative and budgeting activities, the development of leisure programmes with visits to the cultural and artistic highlights as well as to off the beaten path places, the production of the customised conference kit in accordance with the graphic design provided, the logistics, translation and interpreters, meet & greet services with professional hostesses and dedicated staff ... and the magnificent gala dinner, the final moment that sealed the success of this prestigious conference.
