Conference
The 18th edition of the “International Euro-Asia Research Conference" took place in Venice on 31 January and 1 February 2013. The conference brought together researchers working in various fields of Management and Economics from Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.
Nexa provided total organizational support. In the 8 months leading up to the conference, our staff followed the participants in the early registration stages, planning their stay and, at the same time, coordinating suppliers to meet the need of the organizers: Ca' Foscari University Venice, the Chamber of Commerce of Venice and the Asia-Europe Foundation.
The conference was held in the premises of the Faculty of Economics of Ca’ Foscari University, the host university. But the activities organized were not limited to the two conference days!
Splendid Venetian venues wowed scholars and professors with the 3 gala evenings that were attended by the participants in full force.
The Westin Europa & Regina Hotel welcomed the guests before the beginning of the conference. The precious Sala del Camino, one of the most beautiful rooms in Palazzo Ca 'Vendramin Calergi was instead the frame of the second evening, which then culminated at Trattoria Do Forni with a full immersion in the Venetian culinary tradition.
For those who decided to linger in Venice, on Saturday morning Nexa had scheduled a guided visit to Palazzo Foscari, the beautiful historic headquarters of the university.

La mia esperienza con Nexa durante la "18th Euro-Asia Research Conference" è stata ottima. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità e la cordialità dello staff in ogni occasione. Il sito della conferenza era organizzato in maniera efficiente, le indicazioni per le aule, coffee break e pranzo indicate in maniera chiara, l'assistenza durante le sessioni costante ed efficiente. La logistica degli spostamenti a Venezia con gruppi numerosi non è mai semplice. Ma anche in questo caso l'efficienza e la disponibilità dello staff nel guidarci verso le meravigliose location delle cene è stata esemplare. Per quanto mi riguarda, il lavoro di organizzazione dell'evento è stato eccellente.
