In early April, Rai chose Venice as the location for two prestigious international events: Screenings in Venice, the presentation to buyers from all over the world of the new Rai content, ranging from fiction to feature films, football and classical music, and Cartoons on the Bay, the festival of television and cross-media animation, now in its 17th edition.
A few weeks before the event, Nexa came into play and formed the team of hostesses and stewards who welcomed the guests and provided assistance during the working sessions of the festival and the gala dinners.
A total of 42 assistants for the Screenings event and 28 for Cartoons on the Bay, who took care of the most diverse tasks: some welcomed more than 400 guests at the city terminals, others were stationed at the different hotels; the hostess provided assistance in the conference and screening rooms at Palazzo Labia, Ca 'Vendramin Calergi, at the Gran Teatro La Fenice and Cinema Rossini; recreation activities were organised by coordinators for the children who participated in the games planned in Campo San Geremia.There were also assistants dedicated to the activities scheduled by RAI Cinema or for a group of VIP guests, in addition to the gala dinners and the awarding ceremony of the 2014 Pulcinella Awards in the beautiful setting of the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista.
Numerous Italian and international celebrities attended the many sessions and functions, thus ensuring the success of the two events, thanks to the win-win partnership between Rai and Nexa, who was able to meet every need deploying and coordinating a team able once again to rise to the occasion.
