Wedding
We are happy to have contributed to the organization of a fairytale wedding in Venice hosted in two extraordinary venues during the International Film Festival.
On 31 August, the choice fell on Palazzo Contarini Polignac overlooking the Grand Canal, and one of the Venetian Venues that we love for our weddings. Palazzo Contarini Polignac was the perfect backdrop for the party organized for the closest friends of the newlyweds: cocktails in the garden followed by the gala dinner in the grand first-floor main hall, with the after dinner lounge area set up between the suggestive inner courtyard and the ground floor of the Palazzo.
On 7 September the wedding reception was held at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista, a high-profile venue where, in the Salone di San Giovanni, the wedding lunch was organized for family and friends.
With our impeccable hostess service, Nexa contributed to the perfect organization of the wedding. Our wedding coordinator managed the wedding back office, fine-tuning all the necessary actions: the relations and meetings with the parents of the bride, the choice of hostesses based on the requirements of the wedding, the drawing up of the guest list and seating plan. The on-site supervision was invaluable to coordinate the various suppliers as well as the hostesses, and accurately harmonize the logistics of the various moments of the wedding.
Our advice and our presence were much appreciated and guaranteed fluid logistics and an efficient and elegant staff. In the context of wedding planning, where every smallest detail and service are important, we are happy that our girls were the image of an impeccable wedding.
