OECD conference on cultural and local development

Institutional event

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an intergovernmental economic organization periodically holding meetings attended by the representatives of the member states who gather to discuss political experiences, solve common problems and coordinate local and international policies. The OECD comprises 35 member states and is based in Paris.

In December, OECD choose Venice as the location for its annual conference, with the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista and the M9 Museum as the venues for the press conferences and gala dinners. OECD also reconfirmed its confidence in Nexa for its organizational support in carrying out some fundamental activities.

Our specialized interpreters stood out for their skill and professionalism in consecutively translating the welcome and keynote speeches, the press conference and the scientific sessions. We are therefore proud to have made a valuable contribution to the "scientific communication" and we are happy for the many compliments received for their work from the most important participants in the conference.

Our experienced logistic hostesses guided and coordinated the transfers of the guests, including the presidents of major international organizations, from and to the key locations of the event: the airport, the hotels, and the gala dinner held in the brand new and just inaugurated Mestre M9 museum.

We can therefore count OECD as one of our loyal clients!
