Nexa partners with Profirst for the 78th Venice International Film Festival

The partnership with the Parisian agency continues and, this year again, Profirst has relied on Nexa for the organization of its events during the Venice International Film Festival.

The requests were many, varied, particular, all very urgent and all were satisfied thanks to our network of vendors and collaborators. Here are just some examples.

• Setting up a makeup room and photo shoot in a hotel room.
• Model with precise and prerequisite characteristics for a make-up trial run.
• Stewards – handsome, friendly and also actors.
• Calligrapher available round the clock for cards and place cards for gala dinners.
• Skilled nurses available for on-site Covid-19 swabs for guests.
• Guided tour of the hidden treasures of Venice for a very special guest.
• Technical and logistical staff for all types of activities.
• Transportation of precious materials from the mainland to Venice and the Lido of Venice.

The constraints due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the tight schedule and the thousands of last minute requests did not interfere with the work of our team, who once again proved to be efficient and focused.

As the Venice-based agency and local support for Profirst, we took on the challenge again this year, which was both exciting and rewarding, as well as a source of pride for us to know that we met our clients' expectations and were part of a great team!
