Friday, July 24 was the turn of Dining with Gioachino Rossini: the marriage of music and food.
A conference with guided listening, a journey through the exuberant pages of the great operatic composer, highlighted by his culinary inspiration that was just as full of joie de vivre. Maestro Mario Merigo, the renowned conductor and musicologist, held the baton in this interview with Claudia Mazzega.

On Friday, September 4 the spotlight was on Verdi with Music and water: the seduction of water in the music of Giuseppe Verdi. Mario Merigo walked the audience through the career of the greatest Italian opera composer focusing on the melodramas in which water dominates with its cathartic power and its magnificent allusions.
