Nexa and the 58th Venice Biennale

Gala Event

The 58th Biennale di Venezia was for Nexa a whirlwind of social occasions that magically dovetailed and gave rise to a single large non-stop event.
Our offices were turned into a creative forge and, as in a theatrical show, after months of preparation, in a few days, an explosion of gala dinners, parties, inaugurations, cultural and artistic events opened up before our eyes.

The curtain was raised on May 6th at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory, where we organized for Gagosian, the gala dinner in honor of Georg Baselitz. On May 7th our staff welcomed journalists at the opening of the Baselitz Academy exhibition at the Accademia Galleries.

From 6th to 8th May we managed the logistics for the Peggy Guggenheim Collection during the tours organized for donors and collectors.

On the evening of 8th May we were at Ca 'D'Oro at the Galleria Giorgio Franchetti with Garage Museum, which requested our staff for the inauguration of the exhibition "Dysfuntional".

On the same day we collaborated with the Richard Saltoun Gallery for the gala evening at Palazzo Zeno.

Our feather in the cap was, on 9th May, the inaugural evening of the exhibition "Chahan X Colnaghi", organized with the Colnaghi Foundationat Abbazia di San Gregorio.

On 9th and 10th Maylogistics played a key role again for the Tornabuoni Gallery and the Lombard Odier Group.

On 10th May it was the turn of the gala dinner for Gagosian New York, and until 12th May we supported the organization of the new exhibition at the Espace Culturale Louis Vuitton.

On the morning of 11th May we provided the hostesses for the presentation of the new book by Germano Celant and on the evening of 11th May, to round off our whirlwind of events, we organized for Dior the Tiepolo Ball, the Ball of Century in Palazzo Labia.

Our special thanks to Venetian Heritage who renewed their confidence in us and wanted us at their side in this incredible Biennale Week. For the 2019 edition of the Venice Biennale, we can say we have abundantly given and have been amply rewarded in return.
