L' EVENTO RCS is a prestigious annual event that brings together all golf enthusiasts, as well as non-golfers, in a location of over 140 hectares with an 18 hole golf course, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a wellness center, tennis courts and a guest house.L'EVENTOis the result of the collaboration between major companies such as Benetton, Mario Mele & Partners and RCS Media Group, and important sponsors like Tag Heuer, Dior, Lindt, Accenture, Corriere della Sera and Gazzetta dello Sport.
Nexa gave its best during this large and complex event, organizing and managing the staff - about 30 people - hostesses, models and stewards located in various locations: between hotels, the golf green and dream villas.
In the 5 hotels that hosted the guests, our hostesses supervised the hospitality desks coordinating all the guests’ activities and appointments, while at the welcome desk 2 hostesses and2 stewards efficiently coordinated this crucial point of the event logistics. At the newsstand, set up for the occasionin old-fashioned style, one of our models distributed newspapers, fashion magazines, culture and travel magazines. In the Dior space, one of the sponsors, our hostess coordinated the appointments for the beauty treatments dedicated to the ladies. On the green, where the situation was more diverse and dynamic, the girls immediately jumped into the game, assisting the players in a gracious and professional way.
The two gala evenings were spectacular: the first was held around the pool of the Golf Club and featured a fluo colour palette, the leitmotiv of the evening, in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, the second evening was at the beautiful Ca’ Corner della Regina villa, with an award ceremony, fireworks and everything that can make an eveningmemorable. TheNexa models added the touch of style that every gala evening requires.
