Thanks to the collaboration with Profirst Luxury Events, Paris, who once again chose Nexa as the local liaison agency in the lagoon city, in late November we welcomed the whole team of Giorgio Armani Beauty, one of the most respected names in the luxury cosmetics industry and now part of the L'Oréal portfolio.
Venice was the destination chosen to host a two-day corporate meeting, including workshops, outdoor activities .... and lots of fun!
The conference facilities of Hotel Bauer, where the guests stayed, housed seminars held by professionals of the sector, while different venues were proposed for the day dedicated to team building activities. The Scala Contarini del Bovolo, the Squero di San Trovaso, Palazzo Grassi, Punta della Dogana, the Goldoni Theatre and the Caffè Florian were the locations that the participants - divided into groups - had to find in a sort of treasure hunt that was a true orienteering test for everyone involved!
With space set aside for the exclusive use by the team led by a coach hired by Armani Beauty, the venues were the stage for motivational speeches around issues related to brand identity and aimed at reinforcing the sense of belonging to a very young and dynamic working group.
The MET restaurant, with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, was chosen to host the dinner and after dinner party. Here the entire team enjoyed the exquisite dishes prepared by the starred chef of the restaurant, and then everyone hit the dance floor until late into the night.
At the end of the Venetian experience, the individual working groups put together a short theatre script based on what they had learnt from the team building activities.
Throughout the planning and implementation stages of the event, Nexa closely liaised with Profirst, responding effectively and flexibly to the needs of a very demanding client, managing every service with the utmost care and attention to detail.
