Conference
The CREDIT international conference was held on September 23 and 24 in the magnificent venue of Palazzo Cavalli Franchetti on the Grand Canal in Venice, reaching this year an important milestone: its twentieth anniversary.
This special edition was organized almost entireas an in-person event with its main focus on "Compound Risk: Climate, Disaster, Finance, Pandemic".
Over the years, Nexa has been involved in the organization of numerous conferences and has acquired considerable experience in this field. During the organization of a conference, our team of experts manages the technical and organizational secretariat tasked with handling registrations and carrying out the activities related to: meet-and-greet services and hotel accommodation, logistics, conference venue, catering, hostesses, interpreters, translators and, last but not least, collateral programs and tailor-made luxury experiences for participants and spouses.
In this case, every detail was studied to adapt the event to the current pandemic situation: elements such as the catering, the staff and the conference kit were chosen and organized to ensure the safety of our guests and the success of the conference. In particular, for this reason, the guests had the opportunity to enjoy lunch sitting outdoors in a wonderful garden overlooking the Grand Canal surrounded by contemporary artworks.
To end on a high note, for the Networking Dinner we proposed the La Terrazza Restaurant of the Bonvecchiati Hotel, one of the oldest hotels in the city.
Nexa, who had organized the first edition of the conference back in 2002, was once again confirmed as the official partner of GRETA Associati and Ca' Foscari University of Venice for this 20th edition. We are more than honoured to be part of this important event that brings together intellectuals and academics who have made economic history in the world!
