Capgemini chooses Nexa's logistics and cultural programs for its 2021 Global Conference in Venice

Conference

Capgemini, the leading IT consulting firm, chose Venice for its annual international conference, gathering in the lagoon city 30 guests from all over the world.

The Nexa staff welcomed the participants at Venice's Marco Polo Airport and supported them throughout their transfers, ensuring total reliability, comfort and safety on board the luxury water taxis carefully selected for this purpose.

One of the things we especially enjoy when organizing conferences in Venice, is to give a bonus touch to every event by organizing a series of activities that contribute to the creation of an experience to remember. That's why we choose the most fascinating venues and propose exciting social and leisure programs.

For Capgemini we created several solutions aimed to impress and captivate their guests, including:

  • a guided tour on the Grand Canal at sunset to discover its timeless beauty.
  • a private visit to two of the city's most iconic cultural institutions – Palazzo Grimani and the Giorgio Cini Foundation – accompanied by Venetian Heritage, an international non-profit organization that works to safeguard and preserve Venice's artistic heritage.
  • a walk to explore the jewels of the Venetian Renaissance: the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari.
  • a visit to a Squero, a traditional boatyard active since the 17th century, where the most famous Venetian boats, the gondolas, are still being built and repaired today.
  • an exclusive visit to the Querini Stampalia Foundation, a fascinating and multifaceted venue much loved by the famous architect Carlo Scarpa who oversaw its restoration.
We received unanimous praise and numerous messages of appreciation for our work and that of all the staff. We are proud to have been a part of the organization of such a special event and to have met and exceeded the expectations of our client and our guests.
