A night of magic at the St Regis San Clemente Palace Hotel in Venice

Corporate Event

It was pure magic that unfolded at the event organized by the St Regis San Clemente Palace on the beautiful grounds of the island on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May. A two days’ extravaganza that mixed glamour, culture, fun and entertainment.

250 international guests, including artists, journalists, entrepreneurs and celebrities participated in the : the aperitif with live music and a refined acrobatic show on the lagoon illuminated by a breathtaking sunset; the gala dinner on the parvis of the seventeenth-century church served on tables lavishly decorated with flowers, crystals and candleholders that sparkled in the magical atmosphere of the night, to the music of the violins of the Balcea Quartet,... And again, the after dinner entertainment in the modern congress center transformed for the occasion into a lounge and nightclub, and, the next day, after a magnificent poolside brunch, it was time to celebrate culture with a guided tour of the beautiful spaces of the Venice Arsenale for the Biennale .

Pure magic.

Magical was also our work for the organization of this event. In a few days we were able to cope with a real whirlwind of activities and a flurry of requests, all top-priority and all last-minute, that had the 5 people on our staff spinning around trying to keep everybody happy. Logistics had to be organized, the hostesses for the evening and the tourist escorts for the following day had to be selected, the graphic design and the creation of the applications had to be taken care of, the tablescape and flower arrangements had to be supervised, the calligrapher needed to be liaised with, the organization on site needed our constant presence. And everything had to be done at the pace set by our wonderful Venice … on foot, by vaporetto, or by boat ...

Pure magic!!!
