Conference
The objective of the Conference is to bring together academics, practitioners and PhD students working in the area of risk management. The conference will provide an opportunity for participants engaged in research at the forefront of this area to discuss both the causes and implications of recent events in financial markets and may, in turn, suggest fruitful directions for future research.
Nexa provided the organizing secretariat for the conference, managing all communications with speakers and participants, preparing the system for on-line registration and fine-tuning each organizational service with great precision, imagination and personality. The magnificent Salone San Giovanni of the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista was the main conference room, while the buffet and the lunch tables were set up in the colonnaded Sala delle Colonne, and the strikingly decorated side rooms were used for the secretariats and as smaller meeting rooms. The prestige of the tenth international conference on credit risk was crowned by a splendid gala dinner organized in the Ridotto Halls of Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal, a precious testimony to the finest hospitality tradition.
